Protect Your Ability To Work & Lead

Leading Through Cancer

For business owners facing cancer on top of chronic illness

My Story

You’ve been the one holding everyone up: your parents, your kids, your marriage, your business, your clients.

For decades.

Then came the diagnosis.

And the realization that the oncologist, doesn’t have a plan for how you’ll navigate pre-existing pain, chronic fatigue, and brain fog.

No one talks about how you’ll care for your mom, run your business, or hold your family together through long-term treatment.

According to the October 2018 American Journal of Medicine, “42% of people 50 and older lose their life’s savings within two years of a cancer diagnosis.”

Many of them did everything they were told.

But none of it helped them see, plan, organize, and lead their families through avoidable storms resulting from fragmented care.

Hi, I’m Darlene Karpaski.
For the last 4 decades, I’ve served leaders who used crises to strengthen their health, families, and businesses.

And in my work as a Vocational Rehabilitation Director, we served leaders and families bankrupted by fragmented care that didn’t protect their ability to work.

A few years ago, Long-Covid disabled me.

Lucky for me, a cancer diagnosis followed soon after.

That’s when God told me: “It’s not the diagnosis or the late stage that matters. What matters is what I’m going to do through “it” and you.”

Without His guidance, I would never have recovered my executive functioning & ability to work.

I’ve never felt more focused, alive, and aligned to serve His higher purpose. I learned a lot from falling through the cancer treatment cracks…

That’s why I’m happy to share what I’ve learned about:

  • The questions to ask before treatment begins
  • Setting up your home, family, and business so you’re not carrying it alone
  • Finding root-cause support without spending a fortune
  • Preparing your mind and body for treatment and recovery
  • The honest conversations that heal families

Are you newly diagnosed with cancer with a history of fatigue, pain, or brain fog?

Do these three things before treatment to set your family & business up for optimal outcomes:

  1. Ask the right questions so treatment doesn’t trigger a biological storm in your pre-existing conditions.

  2. Set up home, family, and business so you’re not carrying it alone. Recovering your body and mind can be a long, slow process without a well-prepared team.

  3. Find high- quality natural root-cause support that rebuilds your immune system after treatment without costing a fortune.

For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it.”
